Our training philosophy is system-based; each module focuses on a specific system. A map shows where the system is located and how the equipment is laid out. A simple flow diagram explains how the system works at a basic level. After that, we describe each piece of equipment in detail, including its specifications, components, and operation. Finally, we cover the controls and logic for the system. Each section contains increasingly more information and detail and corresponds with the trainees' learning curve.

We gather information from P&ID's, single lines, logic schematics, start permissive, shutdown keys, plan drawings, vendor information, photos, etc. to make sure that all of the pertinent information is included. We highlight important design details and specialized components so your workers understand how your system differs from other similar systems.

Our SCORM-compliant online training can simplify your training process. With online training, workers can learn when it's convenient. You don't have to manually mark tests and keep track of results. Contract workers can complete orientation training online before coming to site, reducing your costs. Unlike in-person training, video training ensures that all trainees have a consistent, well-documented learning experience. Rarely performed procedures can be filmed so other staff can walk through the crucial steps. Difficult-to-see processes can be illustrated or animated. These modules are compatible with any SCORM-compliant Learning Management System (LMS).
